Why SERVPRO Continued Training Leads to Better Customer Experience Owners Lathe Toft and Ryan Brooks host a training session focused on improving customer experience.

SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes is a firm believer in investing in continued training for every member of our team.  Recently owners, Lathe Toft & Ryan Brooks, held a training session for the crew to touch on points to help increase the customer experience in an already tough situation.  

When dealing with any loss, we understand the stress and emotion that goes along with it.  It is our goal to make your experience much easier throughout the process, from initial loss to "like it never even happened."

The training session focused on proper mapping techniques, drying procedures, cleaning procedures, as well as taking proper notes and pictures.  These items alone help the communication between you, your insurance company, and SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes open and moving forward without delay.  Making your experience better and quicker throughout the restoration or remediation process.
